I love Matt's proven experience and empathy for the journey that many men face, especially as someone relatively young and understands the unique challenges of someone under 40. He has a great framework for recovery that has been drawn from his own experience and many other great resources. Personally, I was challenged to focus more on the seemingly "little things" in my recovery journey that I've previously overlooked. Great course for anyone starting out in recovery or even wanting another perspective.

Imagine yourself on the other side. What one man can do, so can you. Hearing about the process and the journey gives some real-life encouragement to those who are stuck. Feeling trapped in a self-made prison is a unique kind of pain. The road to healing is tough, but worth it! I think this course really tells it like it is. With hope, grace and a group of other brothers is how it’s done! Always remember that you got into this mess on your own, the best (and maybe only) way out is in community.
